Stacy Adler President and Founder of Y-Cats Craft Service & Jayse Catering has been a staple on NY Film sets for 15 years, her specialty is bringing good food on location to the likes of celebrities in television, film and print. Her 30+ year love affair for the food and beverage industry began at the age of 12, helping her mother at The Long Beach Bowling Alley in 1978.
Ralph Anselmo, CHT, LMT, President and founder of LB Wellness, has provided an environment of promoting healthy lifestyles in Long Beach since 2000. Ralph has been on a personal health mission and turned that into his professional passion for 25 years. His combined health certifications in colon hydrotherapy and massage therapy and years of research in all facets and modalities of health and wellness have made LB Wellness The Go-To Feel-Great center.
Over the last few years, Ralph has introduced a whole new lifestyle of eating and making healthy choices to Stacy; this sparked a new concept, The Long Beach Wellness Café. The concept: eating traditional foods but just the healthy alternative and keeping it as fresh and tasty as the original.
